In India whenever there is excess fog there are travel delays

In major part of India especially north india there is very serious fog. Fog and mist are generally obstacles for timely travel. Trains travelling a long distance have delays. Sometimes flights are cancelled.This continues till end of January.

Yes, heavy fog does affect travelling. Even driving your own car, there is risk because you cannot see clearly.
