In The Weeds For Friday January 10th

We had a good day. My grandson had a counseling session into which I was asked to input my views. Trying to get my grandson to be more responsible. So that was encouraging. Trumps sentencing was today. I listened to his take and he still feels he was mistreated, and that he was totally innocent. Even when his acts were proven. The one that stands out to me is the fraud he committed with the banks. He falsified the amount that some property was worth and his lawyer's come back was that it didn't hurt anyone. WRONG! The bank will turn around and charge others more money on loans to get the money they lose in transactions with Trump. That hurts the clients who shouldn't have to pay for Trumps fraud. And, there's the basic rule that it is unlawful to lie on applications, legal documents, etc.. Trump is a liar and a cheat. But, he feels he has down no wrong. It just slays me how much underhanded and unlawful things he can do and continually contend that he has done nothing wrong. Grr! Jurors cannot get 34 counts wrong. I am finding it very hard to wrap my head around the fact that The United States of America is going inaugurate a man into the seat of president on January 20th that has been found to be a felon. I think that is wrong. I felt really good today and got so much done. YAY!

It seems like his priorities should have been appraised and then verified by the bank. I wonder if he really is as much at fault or of the banks should admit to part of the fault in allowing things to be entered incorrectly. I don’t follow politics but my husband had mentioned what he was being charged for.

During the trial, there was a lot of investigating and looking at the documents from the bank. When Trump fills out a loan app he puts down fraudulent amounts of how much his properties are worth. That's fraud. They investigated what he gave the bank and what the places were actually worth. He is a liar and a cheat and thinks he is above the law. He thinks that the justice system is out to get him. What a punk! I didn't follow politics either until he came on board. I have never liked him and it irritates the h*ll out of me. He should be treated more like the lower humanoid he is instead of as one who is above it all.
