Fudge - my friend's dog

My friend who is in the process of seeking a divorce has just returned from the US.
Her first duty she says will be to get Fudge her pet dog who is now in the care of the maid where her husband is living.
She will on reaching her home will settle down for a couple of days to get over the jet lag and then visit me and perhaps spend a night with me before going to that house to get her dog.
Then will start her divorce proceedings.

I have given her my advice that she should do everything through her lawyer She was planning to visit him and get the keys to her houce he has one. The house is in her name and she does not want him to visit her there.

She is back now and is busy geting things organized.

So in other words she's starting a new life all over again
hoping everything works out for the best for her.

The last 4 months she w as in the US - her mother also went with her - spending time with her sister, we were both in touch ever so often. From what I gather she is just waiting for her divorce to move on.
