I had My Early Breakfast

I was not able to sleep again, so I just drink my medicine at 4 Am which is the usual time I drink it, and had my breakfast an hour after I drunk my medicine.
I have my Skyflakes with Nutella and Coffee without milk, not because I don't love milk, but simply because my mom is not yet doing her grocery and we run out of milk.
I've been away last week again, I attended a series of events, and can you believe I had experience to line up for a book signing, I got to signed the book that I bought 2 years ago from the same event that I attended this year.
Anyway, how did you start the week?

Just setting up a mystery shop, and going to pick up some medicine, plus doing my steps and going to the trash pick up area

Yes, because if I drink my meds I need to eat after one hour, or else my tummy will be in a lot of pain, and makes me want to vomit.

I think I have tasted that sour taste when I failed to have the proper amount of coffee. Lol!

@luisadannointed According to what I understand, all coffee has acidic level which is why coffee are sour. The type of coffee beans matter I was told. But I am drinking to instant diluted coffee so that is no way I can tell if the beans came from Brazil, Arabic areas, or Africa. I was told that the best one were from Brazil.

I had breakfast today with my aunts. I had lack of complete sleep too because I had to take out the trash.

hahahah! trash is always a problem. Sometimes I have to go down at night to throw the trash at the trash area in the parking lot.

Hey, it's been a while! I hope you're doing well despite the lack of sleep. 
It sounds like you had a pretty exciting week, lining up for a book sign doesn't seem fun but it's quite an experience nevertheless!

@luisadannointed Yesterday I did a mess, I whipped the eggs for too long. But lesson learned, hopefully. These accidents don't happen often or I would have given up already.

We get wic so my little one gets 8 cartons of soy milk each month. They messed things up so we only get 4 this month. Only half the amount of cereal this month as well. So I will run out too and have to go to the store when I was not planning another grocery trip so soon.
