Some Witch @manasamanu You can do 8-10 reps with light dumb bells and repeat 3 times, that's the standard. You also have to take breaks in between sets. It can be time-consuming but it's easy if done right. Maybe you can even skip triceps if you already do push-ups.

Some Witch I don't know if it's worth trying potassium salt. Spices can replace salt to some extent but again, some might still affect BP negatively. I can't really help with that, I almost got the opposite problem.
