only if my stomach is upset and I think eating something might help. I usually wait until morning though.

@rakski Morning, then a light brunch, lunch, evening snack and in the night wind up by a boiled egg and hot milk - I do sometimes pick a chocolate or two

I am tempted to eat during the middle of the night but due to health reasons I learned to say no to eating something.

It has not happened with me at such odd hours. Yes, on Friday nights I watch TV till late night, almost 2 AM. I start feeling hungry around midnight and I will snack on roasted peanuts and cashews , I take a handful of them.

### To Eat or Not to Eat in the Wee Hours of the Morning
In the quiet solitude of the wee hours of the morning, the choice between indulgence and restraint often arises. With my daytime eating habits being quite light, my stomach occasionally growls in response to the absence of nourishment. When this happens, I find comfort in something simple yet satisfying, like a bowl of fresh fruit paired with creamy Greek yogurt. This light snack not only appeases my hunger but also allows me to embrace the stillness of the early hours without overindulging.
