Can a panda drive a car?

This photo will think they do, but don't get excited. It's obviously two neck pillows on the top of the car seat that are shaped like a panda. It was in the carpark yesterday. It did make me startle a bit as I thought they were watching me! What was the weirdest car accessory you have seen?
