The surmayi fish is a delicious sea fish. It is found in Arabian sea and very popular in Goa and other states in India. There is one backbone and there are least bones. it is cooked with potatoes and eaten as curry. It is eaten with rice.

I am always worried about getting a bone stuck in my neck but you rarely find bones now when you eat fish.
