Interesting Day

First of all Happy Valentine's Day!
The Black cat that hangs out at our place got into a knock down drag out fight with the cat across the street.
I was going to go to Walmart, but realized it was Valentine's Day and maybe should wait till like Sunday. 
Tom gave me a beautiful card, and cleaned the grill and cooked me a steak. I fixed Baked potatoes in a different way.
Saw a video by Dustin Hadley, and he cut potatoes in half..length wise, put Paprika, salt, garlic powder, and pepper on them. Placed 2 pats of butter on a pan that I put parchment paper on, then put the half of potato on top of the pats of butter. Put in the oven for 40 min. at 350°. They were really good, but next time I will only use ONE large potato. 2 potatoes were just too much for us.

Those potatoes do sound good! I had a great day, ate out for lunch when the restaurants aren’t crowded.

I can't complain if we're being honest. Short of me feeling like a slacker this month and needing to catch up. But I found a handful of apps that pay, so that's good. I've been cashing out several times a day.

Tom is really sweet. I do like baked potatoes too but unfortunately I can only eat them one per meal at each time.
Just to find out,do you all eat with the skins or you peel it out? I peel it.
