It was one of my milestone birthdays - a memory

I decided to celebrate one of my milestone birthdays at the Institute where children are taken care of, a few years ago.
The nuns did up the place and cooked the best meal. They bought the cake and the kids did a great job singing for me
There was a lot of dancing, games and when children are involved there is never a dearth of enthusiasm.
A memory created

Oh dear you really made a splash I must say. I know they enjoyed it.
Nice to have your birthday a day of giving to them.
I don't celebrate my birthday..I should never have been born..a mistake.

I have had Xmas parties there for them and yes they thoroughly enjoy the events.
