Baby seal found on a highway in California

A baby seal found in Candlestick Park California rescued by CHP officers.

An eyewitness who was driving on a highway in San Francisco on Tuesday contacted the California Highway Patrol (CHP) about a baby seal wandering by himself and in danger of being hurt. Police officers with the CHP assisted the concerned eyewitness to remove the baby seal from the highway at an opening through a wall and into the San Francisco Bay safely. The funny thing is that the baby seal is called Lou Seal by the police officers. Link is abc3340.com/news/offbeat/s...
