There’s nothing quite like the taste of freshly picked oranges in the morning! These beauties, straight from the tree, are not just a treat for the taste buds but also a great source of vitamin C and fiber. For me, breakfast isn’t complete without something fresh and natural, and these oranges add the perfect touch. Whether eaten as they are or paired with a simple meal, they bring a burst of sweetness and nutrition to start the day right. What’s your go-to morning fruit? Do you prefer fresh fruits over juice? Let’s chat!

Fruit juice a lot of the time is as close to fresh and natural in the morning as an American can get. I rarely drink juice anymore, though. Sometimes I will buy some of the Little Sweetie oranges and eat a couple of them in the morning with my breakfast sandwich. Do you have fresh fruit growing where you live? I live almost in the center of the continental US. There are fruit trees on farms around us but none of them bear fruit during our harsh winters. (It is 28F/-2C right now and is supposed to drop to 22F/-6C during the night.)

I think I would have acidity if I had an orange on an empty stomach. I mostly have them after lunch.
