Our Tropical Heat Wave Has Come to a Close....

Thank the Gods. About 3:45p. a different guy with Housing came by and looked into our inhouse tropical heat wave. It wasn't a breaker this time. He found the thermostat in the kitchen next to the sink. We have lived in this apartment for 22 years and I don't recall ever knowing it was there. He is also going to tell maintenance about the air conditioner. It screechs when we turn it on.

Whoa! I feel the heat going now. It's getting cooler in here. I've had the fan on and all of the thermostats turned off. It was 50 degrees out today. Now if it will just rain.

By now I am used to the temps going up and down. I have a duvet on the bed and if I need it at night I sitll put on the space heater. Imagine temps zoom to 70s during the day and in the 40s at night.

I don't do extreme temps well at all. It gets up past 80 and its too hot for me. I don't what the temp was in here but it was too much. It had just gotten warmer outside too so it made it doubly bad.
