Slept in this morning. Yesterday I went to the Walmart over here, and tried to take back the lampshade that I got that was damaged. Well, they wouldn't take it, because my phone says to take it to Fed Ex. My computer tells me I can take it to Walmart. ANYWAY...I have decided to take it with me tomorrow when I go to see my Heart Doctor. There is a Fed Ex store close to my doctor's office. Anyway...While at Walmart I bought a Lemon Pepper Roasted Chicken, and had that with Baked Brussel Sprouts. Tom made a sandwich and skipped the Brussel Sprouts. Left more for me. So tonight, I plan on fixing pork chops..I THOUGHT I was going to fix a different recipe, but realized that the seasoning I have for Bourbon Pork is for a Tenderloin, not Chops...so I put the chops in the crock pot with mushroom soup, mushrooms, and ranch seasoning. We haven't had chops that way in a while. Should be good. Down to 2 boxes...well, 2 boxes and 1 BIG plastic Bin. Been clearing out room for stuff, as well as sweeping and dusting. Feeling good now days. Cough is almost gone.
