Refresh tears

I have been using Refresh Tears to take care of my dry eyes Dry eyes are a result of using the computr for hours every day These days somehow I do not feel comfortable using Refresh Tears and just use a cold compress over my eyes and it helps a bit. I want to go for something else that will take care of my dry eyes Do you have issues with dry eyes and what do you do to take care of it?
