Nobody Still Has The Answer

Today I reminded of a young man who was from a rich family.
One day twelve years ago I saw him sipping tea at a hotel. He looked normal. There was no tension on his face.
He was one of my acquaintances; not a friend of mine. I knew him and he knew me.
I saw him at the hotel and moved ahead.
Half an hour later I came back. At the square I saw people rushing towards his house. Out of curiosity I followed them.
And then I was told the boy had died. He had shot himself in his head with his father's gun. It was a shocking news that left me stunned; speechless.
Even after twelve years nobody knows what made him take the extreme step.
I don't know why people commit suicide.

The boy was considered a good person. At least I had never heard anything about him although he was not my friend.

@cacay1 That's for sure; though nobody knows what his problem was.

That is truly a shocking and heartbreaking experience. It is definitely unsettling how someone can seem completely normal one moment and then be gone the next. Perhaps people carry more pain and burdens that no one else can imagine. Even wealth and privilege don’t always shield someone from deep struggles and pain. The fact that no one ever found out the actual reason behind his decision is even more tragic. Mental health is complex, and often, the reasons behind such decisions remain a mystery. It’s a sad reminder that we never really know what someone is going through. It is never easy. I hope wherever he is, he’s at peace.

I was not close to him; but it,was shocking to me; too. I had seen him just a few minutes back and I could not even imagine of such an incident. I guess there must have, been something in his, family.

@cacay1 Might be; but as I'm told; his parents loved him. However I have no idea as to what was going on in his family.

It is shocking and so sad for him and his family. Maybe he felt under pressure to be more successful than he was so far. Or maybe he had secret debts or addiction problems he couldn't tell his family about. Or any number of other problems he just couldn't see a way out of. It is such a shame.

When I saw him on that day; he was normal and apparently calm. I don't know how his relations with his parents were.

@cacay1 May be. I've no idea. All I know is he was a boy of a reserve nature. I did not even know he had an affair, with a girl.

Of course; it was,a very very shocking news. I had seen the boy hardly 20 minutes ago sipping tea. Twenty minutes later he was gone.
