Foreign National Killed in Presidential Motorcade, Nairobi

A foreigner was hit and killed on the spot by one of the cars in Kenya's presidential motorcade that was speeding within the country's capital, Nairobi. Eyewitnesses described the incident as harrowing as the seemingly old foreigner of British origin lay in a pool of blood shortly after being hit by the car. A public outcry has since been reported with most of the citizens describing the unfortunate incident as a result of poor performance by the relevant authorities and at the same time relating it to poor governance by the head of state, William Ruto whose governance is characterized by corruption. He was recently described as the most corrupt leader in Africa.
