As we age there is deterioation in the 5 senses - touch, smell, taste, see and here.
The most affected as we age are the two senses hearing and seeing. I am fortunate I am fine when it comes to these senses In fact I do not even wear glasses now which I used to a couple of years ago probably the supplement Lutein has helped.
My taste buds are fine and so is what I smell and touch
What is your story?

We know that we can recognize odors from our nose, we can hear with the help of our ears, feel or touch with the help of our skin, our eyes help us to see things and our tongue helps us to taste. We also, know about our five senses. But how do these senses

I haven't noticed any major problems with any of my senses. I do think my hearing probably is not as acute as it once was though.

Good that you can see without glasses which is rare for seniors. You are right there is os much in this world that we wished we did not hear and see
