Jiomart online store supplies defective product- big cheats

I had ordered liquid dishwasher from jiomart on the 13th of March. The delivery boy delivered a bottle of dishwasher with a broken cap. Some amount of liquid had spilled out and spoiled the other items.
Since it was a prepaid order I asked for a replacement of the product but the customer care just sent me an email that my complaint was resolved without any replacement or refund. Big cheats the Reliance retail on line store, known as jiomart. I have therefore started COD ordering and pay only after checking the products.

I have never tried Jio somehow I do not like any of their Sites.

What online stores do you have in your city? I wish we had other online stores like big basket or swiggy.

@allknowing I too shop through Amazon and Flipkart but they don't have stores in my city. Reliance/ jiomart has.

Jiomart use to wrap the caps with stickers to avoid breaking but they are turning callous day by day.

@aninditasen maybe cutting costs by not having to buy tape. They may lose customers being this way.

Services of jiomart was very good a few months back but it's services are deteriorating because of the delivery boys.

The store a little away my house has closed down for cheating customers. There's another one near my house is delivering now without any damage of course.

That's why I don't buy from jiomart. Amazon is great in refunds and replacements. They actually refunded my cera ve face wash price because it came with broken cap ...I just had to upload the image of the broken cap. best part is they didn't even come to collect it as it was non returnable product.

Amazon didn't refund my money in Kolkata for delivering the wrong product. I have started COD in jiomart and I check before paying.

Yes, I had to wash all the other packets under running water. Thank God the packets were water proof plastic.

So sorry about that experience.. I have never tried Jiomart online. But have not faced such problems with other online stores. They have been good so fae with customer care service. You can raise a complaint or write a review.

I did raise a complaint but wrote on the app talk to the customer and solve the problem which they didn't.
