I have the utmost respect and am in Awe of anyone who has lost the use of an arm for more than 24 hours. I feel like a contortionist when I pull my pants up one handed. Probably not much of a problem if you are an average weight, but if you have a little meat on the bones, the arm you CAN use just ain't long enough.

I can imagine that it's very difficult doing things with one arm. I hope you're better soon.

I really feel for you. Some things would be really difficult with just one arm.

Did I miss a post about why you can't use your arm? Years ago I had surgery on my right hand and it was very difficult to do things like styling my hair. Years after that I had rotator cuff surgery and couldn't use that arm for months. Hope you'll heal soon!
