Hope They Don't Pinch The Baby !

I was watching a family movie the other night and something crossed my mind. I wondered - just how do the directors get a baby to do what is written in the script..
For example if the baby is supposed to cry at a certain time - how do they do it. I hope there is no pinching going on. What do you think?

There must be some way to do it but I doubt they hurt the kids.

I think, hope, they just wait for the baby to cry and later use it whenever they need it.

I think they record the baby's cry when they cry and other times - just a thought

@Kandae11 These days with the kind of software that is available everything is possible I do not think they will hurt the baby though.

Good question, they probably just roll tape when the baby is acting up, as babies can be prone to do.
