79° today and windy. Did laundry and mopped the tub. Yes Mopped it. I bought cheap mop and I spray the tub with cleaner..let it sit for a while, then wet the mop and clean the gunk off the sides of the tub. I can't use my left hand. but I steady myself and let the mop do the scrubbing. Tom rinsed the mop out and wrung it out as I couldn't do that. I made BLTs for supper with Tom's help. He put the pan in the oven and took it out. I will be calling the doctor tomorrow to see if I can go in and have my new cast shortened as it is bruising my upper arm when I bend my elbow. Plus they need to show me how to take it off and start the treatments. Gonna be a busy day.

It sounds like you're adapting well to having limited use of one arm. Hopefully you'll get the cast shortened today.

I use wet and forget in the tub. A mop is the easiest way to finish rinsing it off. Hope they can shorten the cast
