Sasame seeds are packed with nutrition. I used to make them regularly but as is the case with any food one tends to get fed up of eating it on a daily basis . It is time now to go for them again . You just wash the sesame seeds, dry them in the sun and roast them. Mak three strings jaggery syrup, add the roasted sesame seeds and quickly form into ladoos Would you like to try? It sounds interesting so I'd take a bite of one... I like sesame seeds on buns for hamburgers.

They are used in many dishes sometimes just given a touch such as on buns as you have said Help yourself

@allknowing I have had similar things before.They are OK.They taste a bit gooey to me
