I want to give a special shout out to @AmbiePam thank you for the masks I really appreciate it I look forward to using it be soon. Right now I could use all the pampering I can get.

I sure am going tomorrow for my mammogram and to get my event monitor I have to wear it for a month . They found a heart murmur when I had my stroke they want to see how it is

@AmbiePam Thanks I sure need it today has not been a good day my sugar has been low twice I will more than likely come May get the referral to the nurse that deals in hypoglycemia. I am learning what to watch for now.
