Mango curry

I hope I will get to make mango curry which is what I do every season Sweet mangoes are peeled and cooked in a spicy masala and tempered with mustard and oil A big of jaggery is added and the curry kept for seasonong for a day or two They are so tasty. One just can eat them and never get tired. Hope I will find someone to harvest our mangoes. They are ready and waiting

I hope you do get someone to harvest for you. I have not cooked with mangoes but I enjoy them raw.
