Firefighters in Rockford Illinois rescue a dog that was in a house fire

A huge fire that began in the garage in Rockford Illinois that happened on Sunday April 13 when a home located on Modesto Drive required 24 firefighters to put out the fire as well as rescue a small dog who was inside of the burning home. The dog was taken by the owners of the dog to a local animal hospital for treatment after the rescue. Even though the fire damaged the home that reached the price of around $80,000 dollars. The fire victims are currently staying at a temporary home courtesy of the American Red Cross. Thank goodness that no one was seriously hurt in the fire. The cause of the fire was likely an accident.
