A huge fire that began in the garage in Rockford Illinois that happened on Sunday April 13 when a home located on Modesto Drive required 24 firefighters to put out the fire as well as rescue a small dog who was inside of the burning home.
The dog was taken by the owners of the dog to a local animal hospital for treatment after the rescue.
Even though the fire damaged the home that reached the price of around $80,000 dollars.
The fire victims are currently staying at a temporary home courtesy of the American Red Cross.
Thank goodness that no one was seriously hurt in the fire. The cause of the fire was likely an accident.

I'm happy to hear all are okay. Fires are so scary. I think we need to donate to the American Red Cross when we can. They do so much during fires.
