Being alone can feel different for each person. For some, it may feel peaceful and restorative, providing time for self-reflection and relaxation. For others, it can be isolating and lonely, leading to a sense of longing for connection with others. Overall, being alone can evoke a range of emotions such as solitude, freedom, introspection, or even sadness, depending on the individual's mindset and circumstances.

Being alone is okay but if you start feeling lonely then it's not a good sign.
I actually like being alone but never feel lonely however socialization is also required

When I studied high school and vocational college before I was alone. But now , I'm a part of volunteering organizations online/offline and I'm happy with what I can do right now.

We all probably need some alone time, but as we are social people, we usually also need to spend time with other people.
Depending on our mindset, our inner strength, our feelings of security, or insecurity, being alone can be good for us, at times, and at other times, it can become a problem for us.
We need to balance alone time, with other time too, I think.
