In this one store, store staff would rather die than help you

Not literally die but yes, customer service is really low but i like going there due to store's products but this is what happened me this far. One time, young store staff impatiently telling me to move in a half polite manner in front of his boss so he could scan the product, while he couldn't let me to pick my veggies in peace; customer last, i see. I usually go at the check-out and price of product on shelf wasn't the same, it was over charged so i didn't want to buy it. While i twice called a store staff, only second time she told me just a moment while she had to help her colleague with something even though the colleague could do cleaning on her own and said that to her. Apology was, i had to help her. I was the only customer at the check-out, by the way. And today, i don't like leaving shopping basket beside me, when i am done with scanning products and for other customers after me so i put it where baskets are left. The shopping basket area was not close to me and when i turned around, staff was there and i signalised for her to take it. She didn't, she just asked me if the item left in the basket was mine and with a strange tone, making me feel like i stole something. I thanked her, half smiling and half confused but thought, really, how lame of her. Maybe she didn't get my signal but i'm pretty sure she did. Why would i stretch basket in her direction. I understand it's not easy working in a grocery store and many times staff is multitasking but, it's not customer's fault. Next time, i will leave the basket by my side so she can take it, if that won't be too hard for her.

So much for the attending to the customer's needs. Not a good way to retain customers. A Customer should always be the priority.

me too. i would be too aware of the customers and not trying to run over them, like they liek to do.

That's just rude, I would have gave her a written warning if I were her manager. Have you called and talked to the manager?

they provide email support more and are delivering the same answers so, it is tiring to write them every time. i guess i should avoide them for some time.
