Kulfi is typically an Indian dessert like ice cream but there is a difference It is made from milk and sugar while ice cream needs heavy cream Ice cream is churned but Kulfi is not.
Years ago there used to be a vendor who would approach buildings late night with his ware. We would actually get up from sleep and enjoy it. That was a memory worth cherishing

@allknowing I think they are charging more now like 30 rs adding dry fruits in it.

@allknowing - I think I also had it in an Indian restaurant in London, many years ago, it also had some saffron stems on the top.
