Sweet potato pakoda

I had sweet potato pakoda as part of the lunch that I had with my guests the other day.
Pakodas are made from different items - onion, potato, capsium, and a few other vegetables
Pakodas need a gram flour thick batter to which salt, chili powder and ajwan is added.
Pakodas are deep fried Eaten with tomato ketch gives it extra taste.
Ideal when it rains with a hot mug of tea

That looks delicious. I love sweet potatoes. We have sweet potatoes sweet soup. We usually put some ginger in the soup.

Once again I find you talking my language when it comes to food.
These are my favourite snack of all time.
We use onion and sometimes chicken.
We also make Onion Bhaji which are very similar.
I cook a lot of Indian Food. I eat a lot of Indian food and have done for over 50 years. And hope to do so for a few years yet.

@Ineeddentures Our food has lot of spices and if one can tolerate chilies you have plenty of recipes with chilies

Indian food is my speciality - I might have mentioned before that I learned to cook food in 2 places. An Indian restaurant - and the owners wife kitchen.
The food Indian people eat at home is better than the westernised stuff served in restaurants.
