A scammer on Preply said this: [9:47 pm, 27/04/2025] Daisy: Okay my colleagues and I work for a company called Inato. They give each employee credits on preply to polish their English since it's not the first language in France. However my English is pretty good and I'd prefer to cash out the credit instead. [9:47 pm, 27/04/2025] Daisy: Our company credited us 22 lessons which are worth $100 each every month so we can polish our English grammar.knowing that am well in grammar I want to cash it out because some of my colleagues at work are doing the same. I just don't understand why some people are like this. They want to earn money at the expense of others. After that message she explained that she needs to log in to my account in Preply in order to do this. She thought I am that crazy to just give in my log in credentials. LOL!

I hope you've reported that person. People will try anything to get "free" money.

It’s really disappointing to see how some people try to take advantage of others just for their own gain. It's one thing to look for opportunities, but it's another thing entirely to do it at the expense of someone's trust and security. Good thing you stayed sharp and didn't fall for it — handing over login credentials is a big no-no! Situations like this remind us how important it is to stay cautious, even in platforms that seem professional. Stay safe out there!
