As you probably know, Bryan Kohberger has been charged with four counts of 1st degree murder in the Idaho murder of four college students in Moscow, Idaho in November of 2022. I listen to everything I can about the case, which is going to court in July-August of this year. Recently, there have been a lot of court proceedings where the defense is trying to get things not allowed in the trial. For instance, they are trying to get the death penalty not allowed. So, my question is that if the defense is so certain Kohberger isn't guilty, why are they trying so hard to get the death penalty not allowed? If he's innocent, why worry about it? I think this shows that they are not very confident about his innocence. Just my opinion. I also found some interesting information about the defendant, Bryan Kohberger. He is 28 and has no friends. He has an IQ of 119(average is in the range of 90 to 109). He was recently diagnosed with Autism Level 1. His defense says he can't help in developing his case, yet he is going to college studying to get a Ph, D in criminology and has been an assistant to one of his teachers. The prosecution has stated more than once that they feel they have more than enough evidence to convict him. This should be a very interesting trial. It is coming up in just a couple of months.

I think, like so many psychopaths before him, that he was trying to commit the perfect murder.

I think he is guilty from what I have heard. We will just have to see what happens.

Yes, it should be quite a trial.
