Soar throat and dry coughing a bit. Not liking it

And i'm not liking it especially when it's warm outside. Recently, temperatures went up wildly (29C today) and in 2 days, we will be having temperatures 10 degrees lower, with rain so, not sure is my throat trying to say something to me or maybe my allergy is kicking in still, soar throat is my kryptonite, though i'm not a superman, but sometimes i want to be. It's pretty windy outside too and i feel tired. I know it's still spring, until June 21 but this seems like an early summer weather. Night was warm but morning too, 19C and it wasn't even 9a.m when i walk out from my building. And, yes, i noticed a woman in a building across me; actually, one time is a guy, then her, are sitting next to their window, without drapes. I think we are the same floor and it's distracting a bit cause, when i want to look through my window, it seems like i'm looking at them. Some people.

I often feel a sore throat and sinus congestion when the weather changes drastically and it is windy. I hope that changes soon for you.

We also experience frequent change in the weather condition and it might affect our health. When I experience itchiness inside my throat, I would drink hot lemonade.

I have had a cough for a while. Looks to be something to do with a post nasal drip. All very irritating!

It is really hard to be getting sick like that. You just need some rest and some liquids.
