What's for din? May 3rd, 2025 / myLot

It was easy dinner tonight. I was going to make biscuits and gravy but we didn't have enough biscuits so I pivoted and made cinnamon rolls and sausage for dinner instead. He child got home halfay though me cooking with his girlfriend. I thought they were going to be gone for a little longer, he didn't say anything about being hungry- so I am assuming that they ate. But if they didn't there's enough still left out there for them to eat. So that's the excitement of dinner time tonight. We are watching Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. It's a Netflix show, and so far it's pretty funny.

I put a pot roast with gravy on to cook mid afternoon, so fixed some rice and we had roast, rice and gravy. No veggie tonight....oh well.

Sometimes we skip a veggie or starch, but it's rare. Although, last night was one of those nights. We just had fish and a salad.

I'm going to do a roast for mothers day I think.. I have no idea what the plan for tonight is.

@thislittlepennyearns I haven't been interested in cooking in between my foot and this new rash I have broken out in. We are about to have to make a grocery run though. I know we are out of bread and milk now.

I just made some pan fried tilapia and we had salad on the side. Good eats.
