What's for din? May 4th, 2025 / myLot

Good evening! Tonight was a pretty simple meal. I made shepards pie. I know a lot of people put all kinds of stuff in their variation of it, but I keep mine simple. Ground beef (I could of seasoned it a little better), corn and green beans, homemade mashed potatoes and cheese. Simple and filling. I'm actually going to go see if the kids wiped it out or if there's any left. So that's what was fod dinner here. What did you have?

I do love Shepherd's Pie, but haven't made it in ages. Might be something I have to throw on the list soon. I just had some leftover pork, so I made a pork stir-fry. Good eats!
