First Thing You Wash in the Shower

I got to thinking about how different people might take their showers. Do they get in and start working at their toes and wash from their feet up? Do they start with their faces and work their way down? I first wash my hair and while I let the shampoo sit on there and do it's magic, I get the loofah out and put shower gel on it and scrub my torso. Then it's arms and legs, feet and hands and finally face. Then I rinse my hair and dry off and I'm done. Any particular order to how you take your shower? Or are you a bath person?

Generally I’m a bath person, because I like to soak my old bones. I love a shower when I’m hot and sweaty, though! Guess I go head down.

I wash my lower body first since I have hypertension. They said it's safer that way to prevent from a having a stroke while you're in the middle of showering.

I've never really given it much thought, but since you asked. lol. I usually start with washing my hair, then clean my butt, then my feet and work the parts in between. lol
