YouTube has countless recipes for making mango ice cream I was hoping the caterer would take some mangoes from me and make that ice cream to be served at that meeting I am planning to have but he says he does not make ice cream I cannot make that quanity to cater for 20 I will now settle down to making ice cream just enough for the house May be I will choose that recipe that has fresh milk cream milk and mango pulp May be I will add some milk powder. In a couple of days I will take that decision Mangoes are ripe and are eagerly waiting to be used They are now in the fridge.
