A Harpy Eagle! Not Extinct

If you love birds, look at this guy!
Gorgeous! And though thought to be extinct is not.
A harpy eagle, Latin America’s largest eagle, and one of the largest in the world, has been sighted in a rain forest in southern Mexico, where it was believed to be locally extinct.
What a beautiful raptor!
His head and power is awesome.
I had seen one in photos through out the years, but never knew they still existed.
We should appreciate nature in all it's glory.

That's a very unusual looking bird. It would be great if its number were to build up again.

I have yet to see this kind of eagle in my lifetime.
