Wow just out of the blue my Internet decided to stop working

It does occasionally hesitate or stall, but it is longest itI had been off. It is probably going in 15 minutes now. That means no TV either. I guess when I get up I will try to a reboot. I hope this isn't going to be the start of a problem. Does your Internet ever go off for no particular reason? Update found out it is a system wide thing. They are "working"on it

Yep. But of course I immediately get a call from Comcast with an apology and a guarantee that I will not be charged for this month.

Now that I rely solely on my phone for internet, if I lose a connection I just restart the phone and it comes back. When I only used Cox they’d go down a couple hours every other week it seems.

It's back now, but of course no explanation why it was down in the first place. Instead of giving any info on the recording, they just said basically we know about the problem, if it is related to your internet you can hang up now. How's that for customer service?

that's sad. We use the wifi here. Things go fine unless there's a huge storm goingon.

So is mine 99 percent of the time. I just hope this isn't the start of some problem though. This is fiberoptic and should be good all the time
