I just came across a recipe for mango pudding I am going to try it It is so easy You just need mangoes, sugar milk, corn flour yes corn four is hero of the recipe as without that the stuff will not harden I have all the ingredients and all what I need is the willingness to do it With the mangoes we have I can make ice cream, pudding, curry, jam, juice.... I am confused as to what I should do first. Here is the mango pudding recipe https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1mamxKOS16g

One of my favorites! We just had one the other day. It's good especially now that the weather is hot.

@allknowing My daughter in law made it and I am helping her. Mango is in season now so we can buy it at a low price.

I also use corn flour to make fruit puddings, also for my chocolate pudding.

I love mango flavour. My partner went to India for work a couple of years ago and came back with mango halva, it was so delicious!

Mango is a versatile fruit. One can make pudding, curry halwa, ice cream, jam juice and a few other goodies.
