Mango pudding

I just came across a recipe for mango pudding I am going to try it It is so easy
You just need mangoes, sugar milk, corn flour yes corn four is hero of the recipe as without that the stuff will not harden I have all the ingredients and all what I need is the willingness to do it
With the mangoes we have I can make ice cream, pudding, curry, jam, juice....
I am confused as to what I should do first.

@allknowing My daughter in law made it and I am helping her. Mango is in season now so we can buy it at a low price.
