What's your favorite breakfast?

Given the chance that I'm still living in the Philippines right now, I would want an unhealthy type of breakfast. I would eat fried rice, longganisa, hotdogs, corned beef (sodium rich type ), scrambled eggs, and a hot choco drink. When I was still in the US, everything seemed fast paced and so I only eat cereals and milk for breakfast. Now that I am in NZ and hypertensive, I still prepare some Filipino food, but I usually eat eggs and brown rice for breakfast. I would consider Spam to be one of the unhealthiest whenever I eat here. If given much time, I'd like pancakes or waffles, but I can eat them anytime of the day since I love breakfast food.

I think that this picture says far more than I can about my favourite breakfast.

I usually eat a breakfast sandwich... it's made with ground pork (sausage), fried egg and a slice of cheese on a croissant (a type of bread) and drink water with it. My daughter would eat pancakes with syrup every day if I cooked that for her.

My breakfast is usually light, depending on what time I wake up. If I wake up late, I just skip breakfast and go straight to lunch. When I do have breakfast, it’s often something simple like toast with jam or any spread I have, an egg, or a sandwich. Sometimes, a cereal drink or just a boiled egg is enough for me. I don’t typically go for a hearty breakfast, but lunch is always a full meal for me.

Yeah, some people would prefer wanting to go straight to brunch. When I had intermittent fasting before, I skipped dinner, but no matter how I try to switch it, I can't skip breakfast.
