We ran into town to get my MIL presents for mothers day and almost as soon as we got home. She child asked yesterday for enchiladas tonight.
I was totally okay with that. They are easy and delicious.
We did hamburger and cheese. Easy. The whole meal probably cost $10 bucks and it was 10 enchiladas. So a dollar an enchilada, I'm good with that.
But that was what was for dinner tonight. What did you eat?

Enchiladas are something on my list to make again very soon. I have all the needed ingredients, I just have to pick when I will make them. They never fail to satisfy, and yours look absolutely delicious, as I am sure they are.
Last night we got done with our stuff kinda late, so I just ordered Chinese to be delivered.
