Mango curry is ready

Atleast once a year we make mango curry All lthe mangoes that were harvested are all ripe and they are now in the fridge
This time I made a curry with the Mundapa mangoes They are feshy with a tiny stone
With the other mangoes I have plans to make a pudding jam and ofcourse eat the rest.
You are welcome to taste the mango curry

This is the first time in years that I did not distribute mangoes. I have decided to use them for ourselves.
