In bengal the cold storages are situated adjacent to the farms. If the farm cultivates potatoes then when the potatoes become ripe they are cut and stored in bags in the cold storage. From there they are distributed to different wholesalers and retailers.

yes Cheung they grow in bulk and are used for the entire year
