There was a national seminar held in Aliah university on Indian laws relating to protecting the rights of the vulnerable classes. I chaired a session. Different presenters presented papers on difference classes in India and the laws which protect them.

The most vulnerable now in India are the poor. People who don't have money are mostly exploited. Criminals are born from this class too. Poverty drives them towards crime.
