There are Moments When You Feel Down

Life is beautiful. Life is interesting. And we should live by it and the most of it on a daily basis as much as possible. However, there are really times when you just feel not okay because of so many things in your head. This is one of the reasons why I guess we settle for a mindset that we should seize the day and make do of it or whatever we can for the time being.
How do you deal with situations like this?

I just ignore that feeling and keep on going. Anything else means we curl up and die inside.

Absolutely, there are moments in life when we inevitably feel low or overwhelmed. As the saying goes, "It's okay not to be okay." These kinds of days are a natural part of being human. We all go through emotional ups and downs, and it's important to acknowledge that it's perfectly normal to have off days—times when we don't feel our best, when motivation is low, or when things just seem heavier than usual. Rather than suppressing these feelings or judging ourselves for experiencing them, it's healthier to accept them with compassion and give ourselves the space to rest, reflect, and recover. These moments, although difficult, often help us grow in resilience and empathy, reminding us of our own vulnerability and the importance of self-care.

Its okay not to be okay sometimes. It just happens.

I try to hang in there as much as possible. I may feel down for a day or two; but I usually bounce back.
