My learning disabled daughter isn’t the only one to assume the wrong thing when a word is used that had not been properly explained. I said last night I was going to put on the air conditioning, something that is generally beyond the experience of Irish people. Only today have I realised that what she was understanding was HAIR conditioning.

That is amusing, So many times I have misunderstood the words of songs and it all has come out funny.
