I love meat and I am sure most of you too love it. However, I have once in a while had problems with chewing meat or having to pick it from my tooth for an unusually long time after eating, just because it was poorly cooked. I personally like to cook meat to tenderness. 2-3 hours of constant cooking on my wood stove (oven) gives e best results, tender meat. That’s my favourite meat. Do you also like meat cooked to tenderness

Certainly, now that I'm older, I like my meat nice and tender.

Certainly! While I try to eat less meat these days, I still love it really tender. The kind that others might already consider soft—yet for me, it’s not tender enough. I don’t like it when there’s still a bit of resistance; I want it to be melt-in-your-mouth, no fight left in it, easy to chew. I usually use a pressure cooker for beef so it becomes super tender in no time.
