Officials with the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) report that former service members who served in the United States Military have found a source to cure stress by engaging into playing video games. The good news is that video games help the military veterans adjust to life after their service in the military into civilian life. The favorite games of the former military service like to play include Call Of Duty, Grand Theft Auto and Fortnite. Even though I have never served in the military, my favorite video games to play include Major League Baseball and Bowling. Link is abc3340.com/news/offbeat/v...

I totally get the stress relief. Not a vet either but I know and its great how these video games can be both fun and therapeutic.

The same with me playing bowling games for exercise.

This sounds ok, as long as it is not a retreat into mind-numbing dumbness, and so leave the underlying issues unaddressed. The mental health issues need to be assessed directly, and not hidden behind a game like this, which could be a bandaid approach to a major injury, indeed.

A lot of people find playing video games a stress reliever. But sometimes they end up taking up a new addiction.

That is true since I play video games sparingly like baseball and bowling.
