One of my favorite things to eat

I love caviar — both black and red. It’s one of my favorite things to eat. No need for bilini, crème fraiche, or any other toppings. I enjoy it the most on top of slices of buttered freshly baked bread. I always add a generous amount of caviar on top of each slice of bread. When you bite into the bread and the caviar pops in your mouth it’s the best thing ever. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
My mom got us a big container of red caviar. I’ve been having it since Monday and there is still plenty left to enjoy. And no I’m not tired of it. I can eat it every day. I’m gonna go make some caviar sandwiches right now. Yum!

You remind me we bought caviar cans when we travelled to Russia some years ago. When we were home, we took out the caviar and wanted to share with my parents as it seemed something elegant. Perhaps it's a diet difference, we didn't find it very delicious as we expected. It's a little bit disappointment.

@youless I’ve tried red caviar in a can and it wasn’t great. One that is in a plastic tray is better. At least here.

Red caviar is way cheaper than black. Usually it’s my mom or my mother-in-law that gives us caviar. I will never say no to that.

What makes your mouth water makes me want to vomit. I cannot stand the taste of caviar, the feeling/texture of it, and even the thought of it. For some reason, I have never liked it. And this is coming from a guy who will literally eat any kind of seafood.
Anyway, I'm glad you enjoy it so much, but it is just not for me!

@lovebuglena I eat sushi like crazy. And yes, I know it's topped with roe, but I usually get my sushi with as little roe as possible. And, if it does have it on there, I can't really taste it (or feel the texture) when I'm eating the sushi.

Do you eat sushi? Plenty of it (rolls or sushi pieces) come topped with some kind of roe.
